He Baiqing is currently Assistant Director of Management Committee of Guangzhou Yuexiu Holdings Limited and Yuexiu Enterprises (Holdings) Limited and Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Vice Chairman and General Manager of Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Co., Ltd. Mr. He holds a bachelor degree in engineer. He also holds the title of senior road and bridge engineer and the qualification of registered civil engineer (road engineering).
